*Start in the upper left hand corner going across the page. *Repeat that until the final word. *Clap when you see the color red. *Snap when you see the color blue. *Slap your thighs when you see the color green. *Do this without speaking out loud. *Give yourself an affirmation. *Count from 0-5. *Spell your first name backwards. *Take 3 nasal slow, light, breaths and just let go. *Be focused, clear-headed, and calm.
