Clap
when you see the color red.

Snap
when you see the color blue.

Slap
your thighs when you see the color green.
*Do this without speaking out loud.
*At the end of the colors, give yourself an affirmation.
*Take 3 nasal breaths, lightly, slowly, and deeply.
*Count yourself up and out, from 0-5.
*Spell your first name backwards.
