Modifying behavior can often start with changing your thinking and perceptions. At other times, changing behavior leads to a change in your thinking and feeling. Through a personal assessment, my client-centered approach helps my clients resolve some of life's challenges. Neurolinguistic Programming, NLP, can change perceptions, shift beliefs, heal the past, and create the future. Redirectional thinking strategies help in transforming views of experiences and can lead to positive outcomes. Neuropathways are being created all of the time; together we can change feelings, attitudes, and behavior. When a client comes in for pain or weight management sessions, they are given the option to have infrared lamp light sessions, simultaneously. Infrared light therapy is also beneficial for collagen building & wrinkle reduction.
