Modifying behavior can often start with changing your thinking and perceptions. At other times changing behavior leads to a change in your thinking and feeling. Through a personal assessment, my client-centered approach helps my clients resolve some of life's challenges. Hypnotherapy has been well-established in removing fears, changing unwanted habits, controlling pain, and much more. Neurolinguistic Programming, NLP, can change perceptions, shift beliefs, heal the past, and create the future. Redirectional thinking strategies helps the psyche in transforming one's perceptions of reality. Neuropathways are being created all of the time; together we can change feelings, attitudes, and behavior.
I has been using infrared lamp treatments since 2000. When a client comes in for pain management sessions, they are given the option to have an infrared lamp light session while in hypnosis. Weight management sessions have the option of infrared lamp sessions, as well. Some clients have infrared lamp sessions for collagen building and wrinkle reduction; this can be a treatment that is applied without hypnotherapy sessions.
